An educational conference focused on senior care and comprehensive programs for pharmacists and other healthcare providers. It is a joint effort between the UConn School of Pharmacy CE and the CT-ASCP.
This year’s Track #1 will focus on Transitions of Care, while Track #2 Arthur E. Schwarting Symposium will be Hands-on Aseptic Technique and Sterile Compounding.
